ALL’S FAIR – DIRECTOR’S BIODavid Jibladze was born in a country of Georgia, located in the outskirts of Eastern Europe. Fleeing from Soviet prosecution in the aftermath of the country’s civil war, David and his family were granted political asylum by the United States government. Early this year, David became a U.S. citizen. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Film Studies and Economics from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is currently working towards an MFA in directing at Chapman University film school in Orange County, California. His portfolio includes several short films (grad as well as undergrad), some of which have appeared in various film festivals and exhibitions around the country: |
