Fly is a comedy about Louie, who has great difficulty making a good first impression with women.
Much of this is a product of Louie's own insecurities: namely, his crippling habit of constantly
checking that his own fly is zipped up.
However, when Louie finally does make a good first impression on a young woman, Claire, he quickly believes that he'll have to be THAT cool every moment for the rest of his life to keep her. And thus Louie's true struggle begins...
