I wanted to show off my neighborhood and what better way than to produce a little film about it? Sometimes, the most interesting things are right around us…we just need to take a closer look.

I have always been a big fan of diverse neighborhoods…sometimes, when I drive thru parts of California I find myself in neighborhoods that I could swear are just sets for movies. Little Pink Houses for You and Me…(I’ll pass).. Neighborhoods where you never see people walking or hanging out…how boring.

Give me a neighborhood where the action is non-stop and the people hustle and bustle to the beat of the Samba!

Afflicted with the Art Gene since my birth in Willowbrook, California, I have been greatly influenced by my world travels and recently returned from living in Brazil where I became addicted to Brazilian music. For the last 35 years I have worked in many different medias including: ceramics, resin sculpture and, lately, computer graphics. I have produced many yawn inspiring corporate videos but this is my first effort at purely creative filmmaking.
